I was walking around the store this morning taking some new pictures to post when Robin, one of our consignors, came in with a load of goodies. We're always excited to see her stop in because that means she and her husband have been busy crafting . She brought us another of her awesome lap quilts (we were sold out again) some welcome pineapples, prim firecracker bowl fillers, candle huggers, some prim sheep (they each have their own personality), cooling racks and this adorable Uncle Sam. Whew! I think I got it all, if not I apologize Robin. You really outdid yourself this time. Each time you stop by something always manages to follow me home, this time I think it might just be Sam.
Oh, I almost forgot, the treenware. We have had these bowls on order since mid January. Linda and Melissa didn't get to make the trip to the Atlanta buyers mart because of all the snow so got out all the catalogs and these bowls were the last of the January orders to come in but well worth the wait. They have the look of old dough bowls but not the hefty price tag that sometimes comes attached.
Well I think that's about it for today. I think I'll save the pictures I took earlier this morning for another day. Linda and Melissa are off early tomorrow morning for the Liberty antique show. I've already given Linda my wish list, personal and for the store. So Karen and I will be holding down the fort for the day and anxiously waiting for the goodies I know they will find there.
Till next time,

I had planned to post these pictures on Saturday but we were so busy and the day flew by. A wonderful lady Sherrie (Ms. Tallow Berries) from SC stopped in. We call her Ms. Tallow Berries because for the longest time we didn't know her name. LOL!! We always enjoy her visits and I really enjoyed talking X-stitch with her.
We recently got the Pepsi tin in as well as the small reproduction tins, I think they mix well with the vintage tins on the bottom. Hmmm, maybe I'll start collecting tins: ) I'm also working on a new Americana display that I'll be posting pics of later this week. We already have an Americana display but we got a few new things in so I decided to do another one.
I hope everyone is doing well this Wednesday afternoon. We've been busy here at the store even though it's been raining most of the day here in Fayetteville.
I've also been busy at home stitching, painting mache boxes and painting a doll cradle for my dogs. Yes, that's right, I did say doll cradle for my dogs. Come on I can't be the only one. Baby hasn't warmed up to it yet but Harley immediately crawled in and hid under the teastained pillow sham I put in there for them. Oh well, what can I say? Maybe they're a tad bit spoiled. So hopefully I'll have those pics uploaded to my blog this evening or tomorrow.
Till next time,
